We spend all day talking to ourselves. We are listening to many people throughout the day. We are observing things all around us all day. What are you focused on? What do you want? These objectives which you are more focused on are what you are absorbing. If you are angry, then are you only seeing anger about you? That is more problems and issues? If you are focused on love and gratitude, then are you seeing more situations of love and gratitude around you? Think about that and keep yourself in check throughout the day. Reflect on your day to see what you absorbed and ask yourself why was that. Then see if that is what you really wanted. Adjust….
